The FY2026 Budget has arrived.  As of yesterday afternoon, the proposed City of Rockville FY2026 Budget is now publicly available at: https://www.rockvillemd.gov/951/Budget. Remember that the Mayor & Council will hold its two Public Budget Hearings on March 17 and March 24 and you can always provide written testimony to mayorcouncil@rockvillemd.gov. 

I have already accomplished my first series of reviews, attended a briefing with the finance staff, and submitted a series of questions for more detailed information from City Staff.  As always, I remain fully committed to ensuring that the City appropriately funds the Rockville City Police Department, the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department, Capital Improvement Projects in all parts of the City, Capital Improvement Projects for pedestrian safety, and actions to follow the City's Climate Action Plan.
